Helen is an experienced architect working in CourtHeath’s construction procurement practice and on our modular building and energy projects. In her architectural practice, Helen creates buildings of low running cost, which respond to the environment and the influence of the natural world on our wellbeing. Helen’s experience includes all aspects of project delivery, from feasibility studies, development of a design brief, concept design and documentation for planning and building approval, to tendering and contract administration. Research of emerging technologies including the off-site manufacturing sector, is ongoing. Consultancy is provided to facilitate the uptake of energy efficiency in residential, commercial and public buildings to meet stakeholder targets for reduced use of resources, lower running costs in the face of energy price rises, and greenhouse gas emissions reduction.
